Label on variable product

Hi, I have created a label for my products, but it does not display on top of the image when applied to a variable product. Example:

Simple product.
“In Store Only” label displays on top of the image

https://www.shampooplus.co.nz/product/ghd-unplugged-styler/
Variable product.
“Gift with Purchase” label displays underneath the payment options.

I want for both labels to be displayed on top of the image. How can I do that?
