Label text is partially hidden

Hello,

I’ve created an horizontal menu with a labeled text, the problem is that labeled text is partially hidden by the moiddle section of the header (it appeears correctly after refreshing page or navigating through menu). I don’t figure out what I am doing wrong or if it is a bug, can you help me?

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
