Language and Currency

Dear support,

couldn’t really get an answer on my question. i want to delete the usa/deutsland/uk and USD/EURO/GBP thing.
I only want to make it NL/Euro. No need for an option. I know i can delete it. i can’t edit this button in the header. Can you please advice?
