Language issue

Hello
The site language is set as Romanian.
I used loco translate for translation, and also download the translate language from your site.
However the site front page is still in english!!!
I don’t know what to do, and where to find answer.
In private area I send the credentials.

Please assist. The website need to be in Romanian!

Can you tell me from what country are you trying to access it?
I will contact hosting provider but i need more info.
From hosting provider point of view, the website is working.
That’s why I need many information about this issue.
