Language Switcher menu

Hello,

Unfortunately Language Switcher menu doesn’t work.
1. I’m creating as usual menu Language: – English -French
2. Add a Language switcher
3. Parameters of Switcher

But it doesn’t works, could you please take a look, what I’m doing wrong.
