Language Translation Problem

My theme language file is translated via LOCO, but something happened and now in front is still in English, I am not sure what forces it to show English and not the primary language of the website.
The translation file is there, and its ok.

I am not sure why you are not fixing this when I saw multiple persons report this problem, and you are sending to LOCO plugin, this problem is not related to this.
Problem fixed, downgrade to wordpress 6.6
