I installed the Basel theme and knew how to work with it in English.
But now I needed my site to be only in Hebrew.
And everything got really complicated.
I don’t have the option to straighten text from right to left.
for example, all dots appear on the wrong side.
How can I turn my site so it will be compatible to the Hebrew Language? (right to left)
I’m not a developer so need a simple and clear explanation.

First of all, you need to install Hebrew WordPress version that can be downloaded here https://he.wordpress.org/download/
With this version, you will have all the content in RTL direction.
