lost.hinataParticipantHello Woodmart Support,
Yesterday my website was displaying perfectly. However, today I have encountered a major issue with the product grids on my WooCommerce product archive pages. (on mobile)
A large empty white space has appeared in the product grid layout, breaking the page structure and making the design look incorrect. I suspect this might be a bug introduced by your theme or a related plugin after a recent update.
Could you please confirm if this is a known issue or a side effect you are currently seeing with the latest release? I would also appreciate it if you could let me know the root cause of this problem and provide guidance on how to fix it as soon as possible.
Thank you for your assistance,
CédricAttachments:

lost.hinataParticipantYesterday, the issue on my website seemed to resolve itself after an update, so I thought it was fixed. However, today the problem is back again.
As I mentioned previously, on smartphones there is a huge gap in the product grids, exactly as shown in the screenshot I sent you.
Could you please check this urgently and let me know the cause of this recurring issue, as well as how to permanently fix it?
Thank you for your help.

lost.hinataParticipantJust to confirm, when I include my administrator back-office access in the “extra information” field visible only to moderators, this means it will be accessed exclusively by your official development team moderators, correct?
There won’t be any external moderators outside your official team who could log in to my site, right?August 15, 2025 at 3:19 pm #680597
lost.hinataParticipantI wanted to share an additional piece of information that might help your investigation.
I created a test by duplicating my site using Hostinger’s cloning feature on the server. On this cloned version, the issue does not occur.
Here is the address of the cloned site so you can check: in Extra information (visible to moderators only)
Perhaps this could give you a clue as to what is causing the problem on my live site.

lost.hinataParticipantI ran some tests and found that disabling the WP Sheet Editor plugin and clearing the cache seems to fix the issue. Could you please confirm if this is a known compatibility problem? Have other users reported similar issues recently?
I would also appreciate it if you could let me know the root cause of this problem and whether a permanent fix will be implemented.
Thank you for your assistance,

lost.hinataParticipantHello,
https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cTjoX0n2D8q
I am experiencing a persistent issue on my site and I am contacting both Woodmart support and WP Sheet Editor support, as this bug may be related to an interaction between the two.
Here is what happened:
I noticed that I had installed a beta version of WP Sheet Editor.
I uninstalled this beta version and reinstalled the latest stable (non-beta) release.
After this action, on August 16 the whole day the problem was completely gone and the site worked normally.
However, today the bug has reappeared.Bug description
On mobile devices, when loading product category pages (grids), a huge white gap appears between the top and bottom of the grid.
The filters also shift to the side, as if they are occupying invisible space.
This completely breaks the layout, as shown in the video I already sent you.
The WP Sheet Editor track may not be the real cause. Yesterday, this action seemed to fix the problem, but today the issue is back.
This is the only observation I have, but I do not understand the real source of the bug.Could you please provide other technical leads to identify and permanently fix this issue as soon as possible?
This is very urgent, as my site is live and I am currently paying for Google Ads campaigns.Thank you in advance for your quick help.
Best regards,

Hung PhamKeymasterHi lost.hinata,
Thanks for your patience.
Can you please test on real mobile devices and double check? I tried to replicate as the video but saw no issues.

lost.hinataParticipantHello,
Could you please take into account all of my previous messages in this ticket? I have added multiple updates one after another, and in the latest ones you will find all the necessary details regarding the issue.
This includes the tests I have already performed, the temporary fix I found, and the fact that I was using a beta version which I am now replacing with the latest stable release.
Thank you for reviewing the full thread so you have the complete context.
Best regards,

lost.hinataParticipantAs I explained earlier, the issue is only partially resolved. I have already identified the problems I mentioned above, but there still seems to be a conflict that I cannot fully understand. From what I have seen, it might be related to your theme.
Please note that I have tested this not only on desktop but also on a real mobile device, and the problem was present there as well. Otherwise, I would not have taken the time to provide all this information.
When I create videos for you, I record them on PC because it is easier to show you the issue this way. Unfortunately, your support platform does not allow uploading videos larger than 2 MB, which makes it a bit complicated to demonstrate the problem in detail.
Thank you for checking this conflict further.

lost.hinataParticipantHello Woodmart Support,
A few days ago, I received an automatic WordPress notification about a fatal error on my website. Since the error involves the WP Sheet Editor – WooCommerce Products (Premium) plugin, I thought it might be useful to share this with you, in case there is a known incompatibility with Woodmart or one of its functions.
The issue seems to be triggered when the advanced filters of WP Sheet Editor are loaded. The error points to a missing method call inside the plugin, but I would like to confirm whether Woodmart could also be contributing to this conflict.
Here are the key technical details:
WordPress version: 6.8.2
Active theme: Woodmart Child (1.0.0)
Plugin involved: WP Sheet Editor – WooCommerce Products (Premium) (1.8.20-beta.2)
PHP version: 8.2.27
Could you please check if Woodmart has any known compatibility issues with WP Sheet Editor, or advise if there is a configuration adjustment I should apply?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,

Hung PhamKeymasterHi lost.hinata,
You should deactivate all plugins (except WoodMart Core, Elementor and WooCommerce Plugins), esp. cache plugin and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
