Large Gaps on Home Page (can't get rid of the large gaps)

I have large gaps showing between items on my homepage and I don’t know how to remove the gaps or reduce them in size, as currently they look too large and make the page look silly.

Is there anyway to edit the gap size? or remove the gaps?

Hello,

Enter the row/column and element settings into the Design tab and set all the margins and padding in zero.
