Lateral Sticky Navigation not shown for non-logged users

Hello,

I added the “Sticky Navigation” to my Header builder.
It is shown fine for logged users but not shown for non-logged users.
Please take a look at this capture to see what I mean.
Can you tell me how to fix it?
