Launch a html block in a popup from a text or image

Hello, I need to launch a html block in a popup but not from a button, but I need to launch from a simple link or image.

The popup works when launch from the button created by the element and i do know how it works but when I want launch the popup from a simple text or an image i don´t have any idea how to

Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme. There is only a popup with button element in our theme.
