Layout and Font display errors

Good day
Please assist, when I do a page insights from my website i get loads of errors, in fonts and page shifts etc, so my page loads wierdly, how can i fix this? also have an error with robots.txt file?

Each theme requires different resources for viewing. Please go to Theme Settings > Performance and there are options to help you control CSS or JS libraries.

Regarding the font, You should set the “Swap” value for the “font-display” from Theme Settings > Performance > Fonts & Icons.
