Layout and product properties issues.

Hi support.
We have the following issues with setting up your template.

1. For newly created products, the colors (as product properties) are not displayed as color circles – neither on the product preview nor on the product page. Only color names are displayed. We tried various swatches settings and modified the properties values, but nothing helps.
See screen02.jpg (product preview) and screen03.jpg (product page).

Also, for some sample products (not all!) that were delivered with the theme, the color displays twice on the product preview – with words and with circles (see screen04.jpg).

Apparently, there’s some issue with the product properties that must be fixed.

2. On the Category and the Shop page, if only 1 or 2 products must be displayed, the layout gets broken. With 3 and more products, it displays properly. (It also displays properly even with 1 or 2 products on the home page, where we use the elementor module for Featured product display).

3. On the featured and category grid, some products previews have different heights, even with the “grid equalizer” setting ON. With a bigger number of products it makes the display of the grid look ugly.

4. The Uncategorized category always displays, even when there are NO uncategorized products. See screen01.jpg.

Please provide your site admin access to the private area. Also, provide product URL where swatches are not shown.

Please make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

Also please try to check different design on hover in the Theme Settings > Shop > Product Styles.

1. In order to deactivate the attribute, navigate to Products > Attributes > enter the attribute and disable “Show attribute label on products”

2. Please upload images of the same size and check the issue.

Please check how the images look in the Storefront theme to get convinced that our theme does not influence this feature.

Uncategories is hidden in the Shop page heading, in order to hide it in the sidebar, you need to make it empty and chose “Hide empty” in the Product category widget.

All the issues you have mentioned do not relate to the theme functionality.

If you have decided to use our theme, please remove the negative review. Woocommerce does not provide the option you need and you give a negative review to the WoodMart theme. It is not fairly nor logical.

Here your doc claims that images of different heights can be aligned on the product grid. This is YOUR doc to YOUR theme. Following this doc does NOT resolve the issue – the grid tiles still look ugly with different heights. That means it’s YOUR issue. Your support did not even bother to try it on our site.

We will not remove the negative comment. Let other customers know how you handle issues.

For the products that you can see now, we had to crop images manually to upload with the same dimensions. We have deactivated the other products with different images so far, so that these are not displayed on the site, otherwise the product grid looks ugly. The issue is NOT resolved

But there are no other ways to solve this problem except automatic crop. Please, activate those products so we can see why it is not solved with this option. Also, provide us with your admin access.
