layout break

Good morning,

I have a lot of conflicts on the layout with the custom layout, the display is present in the Elementor edition, but in private browsing it leaves an empty space as attached screenshot. Difficult to determine why it doesn’t work and some responsive elements appear.

What I have done :
Empty the Caches,
Reload Elementor Css

The issue is with the modifications you made to the child theme. You have to reinstall the child theme or try removing the customizations you made.

You are right, but when a code is clean, for example, my layout is good, but when I go to layout, I get 404 pages. So it has nothing to do with the code in the function.php, since I don’t have layout problems but an access problem. On the front my layouts work, on the back I have a 404 so that’s the theme. example put in the private zone.

For Information I created a custom plugin in which I transferred the elements into the function.php child, this allows you to know who is the culprit between these codes. I put the base files in the function.php this which was working from the start, and by deactivating my plugin, the layout problem is still present, so if it’s not the theme what is it?

Try to enable the parent theme on your site and check the issue. Try to create a new child theme.

The problem is identical Parent/Child,

I deactivated the plugins including the one I created where I put the customization and function, this is also created, but as I say in front-end I have no anomaly..

I tried on another PC, I found the same problem padding-top of 199px, while my pages on elementor are margin -40px padding: 0px to precisely balance. and the single product page which is broken at the flex level.. so it is a problem to resolve.. See for yourself in private browsing you will inevitably reproduce the problem. Everything is up to date, I just cleared the server caches. This problem is annoying at the UX level

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.
