Layout condition > Edit conditions > No pop-up

Hello,

I seem to have a somewhat common issue where the “Edit conditions” on the Layout page don’t seem to trigger anything.

It all worked fine on my testsite but later on, when I implemented everything on the live site, there is no pop-up when I try to edit the conditions.

I only need to edit them because the site only shows the standard shop page and not the edited layout shop page.

Things I tried:
– Deactivate all the plugins and only leave the required ones active
– Changing theme back and forth to “re-enable” the theme

Any other suggestions I might dig into?

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

For some reason, the data were corrupted. Probably after some transfer process. We fixed this on your website.
