Layout doesn’t change for product tag

Hi! I created two layouts for two models of bedroom sets on my website.
As conditions, I added for both two product tags:
Layout 1: Dormitor Royal 250 – product tag: dormitor royal 250 (attached in screenshot)
Layout 2: Dormitor Prado Paris – product tag: dormitor prado paris (attached in screenshot)
Unluckily, none of these layouts are shown when we enter on the products that have those specific tags.
What can be done?

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the Valid WP admin login details of your site here so I will check and give you a possible solution.

Yes, the test product shows the layout, but for my products it doesn’t. I will attach screenshot.

Hello,
You were already using the custom layout “Layout Paturi/Dormitor + Lenjerie” for the “saturi dormitor” category, which was applied to this product. This was causing the issue.
I have now disabled that layout, and the new layout is working correctly. Please check your site and confirm if everything looks as expected.
