Hello,

Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

Kind Regards

Sure, can we do this tomorrow togheter?

Hello,

I can investigate it and send you a video of possible solutions.

If you worry that it’s a live site, you can move it to the staging platform so I can investigate the issue there.
