ajParticipantI had made changes to the pages for the layout etc before the update, however after the theme underwent the update 8.0.6, I am encountering layout issues on multiple pages. It will be extremely time consuming to fix each page one by one.
Can you please explain what could have caused this issue and what should be the fix to avoid any layout related issues.Attachments:

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can check the site settings?
Thank you in advance.

ajParticipantCan we please have this responded to and issue resolved urgently as the website was due to go live before we had to update the theme and everything got messed up. It has been two days for back and forth without any resolution. Would appreciate if this can be dealt with as a matter of urgency.
Thanks

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Clarify what exactly changed in the Footer, only this https://prnt.sc/BvL8rkzP6UNl menu or something additional?
2. Try to recreate the product, the product itself doesn’t work normal, I have checked other products and they are working well. If even after recreating the product you will have the same issue, then I need to check that issue on the default Storefront theme.
3. Try to use the code below:
.archive .page-title .wd-nav-product-cat { padding: 20px; }
Result: https://prnt.sc/Ez3c7J1GUbVQ
4. Could you please disable the server cache?
I await your response.
Kind Regards

ajParticipantThanks for your replies, but its not helpful at all. Like I mentioned after the Theme Update, all the layouts have messed up. I have now explained a lot of times as to what has happened. This back and forth is costing me a lot of time! I am bitterly disappointed with the overall experience and now regretting using this theme in the first place.
I will restore it to pre updated version, and disable the updates altogether. It has been three days and we are still trying to explain what the issue is.
Very dissatisfied!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
You have a lot of cached CSS – https://prnt.sc/QCPNuPsaNw_E , first disable the server cache so we can better investigate.
Thank you in advance.

ajParticipantHi Luke,
Footer is just one of the issues, as I reported earlier in the thread with the individual links clearly explaining the issues. I have now created another version from the pre update backup and included the link below for you to have a comparison between the two sites. Nothing was changed except the UPDATE and all these issues have popped up.
The restored version is
https://aliceblue-eel-202816.hostingersite.com/
Please compare it with
https://purple-eagle-876691.hostingersite.com/
You will see noticeable issues with the following pages:
https://purple-eagle-876691.hostingersite.com/product/fabrics/
https://purple-eagle-876691.hostingersite.com/
https://purple-eagle-876691.hostingersite.com/shop/
The issues are on both DESKTOP and MOBILE.
Like I mentioned, Nothing was changed in terms of Custom Code or any other settings, except the theme was updated and soon after the update finished, this is what we ended up with.
Kindly review the links above and suggest accordingly in one go, as by addressing the issues One issue at a time, is very time consuming and resulting in customer getting very agitated.
Thanks!

ajParticipantCan I have a reply please?
February 11, 2025 at 1:43 pm #637173
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
You have updated the theme from 7.6.0, during this time there were some changes in the structure, etc. so of course, not all custom CSS from the old version will work with the current one.
1. This code https://prnt.sc/Slk4oypHeeGu affects the gallery image, so remove it and recheck the issue.
2. Shop categories: add the “width: 100%;” to your custom CSS – https://prnt.sc/HB-Y8pMeWefw then the view will be the same as before.
3. To fix this https://prnt.sc/YhOIjEKhM7dA issue, either add the code below to the Custom CSS area or add to your current CSS code the “margin-top: 40px;” – https://prnt.sc/Yok0my7xvoig
.whb-header { margin-bottom: 40px; }
4. As for the not dull width slider on mobile, remove this custom https://prnt.sc/20ykz89zZheC
Let me know if I missed something.
Kind Regards
