ivoltbgParticipantHello,
yes, it happens again. View this product https://staging9.ivolt.bg/product/samovulkanizirastha-lenta-10mh19mm/ and then check the container.

January 22, 2026 at 11:06 am #705607Hello,
The issue happened with that specific product because its title is unusually long. Try to add this css and check how it works.
.product_list_widget li .widget-product-info { flex: 1 1 0; /* allow it to shrink and not overflow */ min-width: 0; /* important for flex items to prevent overflow */ }Best Regards,

ivoltbgParticipantHello,
I am applying the latest changes you advised me to make, but the classes are highlighted in red and I can’t figure out where this is coming from. I’ve applied the most recent changes, but there is no result.
I’m attaching a recording for reference: https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cOVZQFn3lET
I would appreciate your assistance on this matter.
Best regards,
NikolaJanuary 24, 2026 at 5:10 pm #705931Hello,
I checked the CSS you added, and the issue is caused by a missing closing curly brace on line 382. Please add the
}there to close the previous CSS block, and then the new styles should work correctly.Best Regards,

ivoltbgParticipantHello,
thank you for checking.
Your recommendation does work, however the styling code itself does not apply as expected.
Could you please double-check the styling code or let me know if there is anything else that might be preventing it from working?
Best regards, Nikola

January 27, 2026 at 11:18 am #706217Hello,
Your issue has been resolved. The issue was caused by the very long word in the product title (САМОВУЛКАНИЗИРАЩА), which prevented the text from wrapping properly in the Recently Viewed Products widget.
By updating the title to include a hyphen, like this:
САМОВУЛКАН-ИЗИРАЩА ЛЕНТА 10 M 19 MM
The title now wraps correctly and fits within the widget container without overflowing.
See Screenshot for clarification: https://ibb.co/0yNqzC5B
Please check back your site and check the issue. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

January 27, 2026 at 3:43 pm #706282Hello,
The recently viewed container is not showing when you visit your site as a guest customer but when you logged in your site it is showing fine.
It seems to be a cache issue on your site. I kindly recommend you to clear the cache from CDN,clear server cache and double check the issue.
Best Regards,
January 27, 2026 at 9:01 pm #706330
ivoltbgParticipantHello,
I’m experiencing the same behavior on my end as well – when I’m logged in, the recently viewed products are displayed, but when I browse the site as a guest, they are not visible.
I have cleared both the server cache and the CDN cache, but it is evident that for non-logged-in users the recently viewed products are not being shown.
Could you please check whether the issue might be related to the theme itself, or if this functionality is intentionally configured to work only for logged-in users?
Best regards, Nikola
January 28, 2026 at 10:11 am #706366Hello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
If the issue remains, I kindly recommend you to purge the cache of CDN, disable CloudFlare CDN temporarily and double check the issue.

ivoltbgParticipantHello,
It’s absurd to add hyphens in the product names, as you have done here: https://ivolt.bg/product/samovulkanizirastha-lenta-10mh19mm/
Yes, it works in the “recently viewed products” section, but it is neither practical nor correct to see a whole word in the product name split like that when opened.
In my opinion, the theme update for “recently viewed products” should automatically add a hyphen only within the widget section, not in the actual product name itself.
Best regards,
NikolaJanuary 28, 2026 at 3:13 pm #706418Hello,
WordPress, WooCommerce, and WoodMart do not automatically split long single words inside widgets. If a product title contains a very long word, the browser will keep it on one line. Please try to adjust your product title for this.

ivoltbgParticipantHello Aizaz,
I would like to clarify the situation regarding the “Recently Viewed Products” functionality:
On our staging domain (https://staging16.ivolt.bg/), where all plugins are identical to the main site, the recently viewed products are displayed correctly for both logged-in and guest users. This indicates that the plugins themselves are not causing the issue.
However, on the main domain (https://ivolt.bg), recently viewed products do not appear for users who are not logged in, even after clearing both server and CDN cache. Since the plugin setup is identical and the problem occurs only on the main domain, this suggests the issue might be related to the theme configuration or domain-specific caching behavior, rather than third-party plugins.
Could you please check whether the theme on the main domain has any settings or restrictions that prevent recently viewed products from being displayed to guest users?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
NikolaJanuary 29, 2026 at 10:53 am #706508Hello,
Please try to disable CloudFlare CDN temporarily and clear all types of cache and double check the issue.
Best Regards,
January 29, 2026 at 12:49 pm #706533
ivoltbgParticipantHello,
disabling CloudFlare on the production environment is not an option, as it would have serious consequences for security and performance.
Please note that our staging website is also using a CDN, and we do not experience this issue there, which suggests that the problem is not caused by the CDN itself.
Best regards, Nikola
January 29, 2026 at 2:01 pm #706552Hello,
The issue is likely due to domain-specific caching or cookie handling. Recently viewed products rely on cookies, so make sure your main site correctly sets them for guests and that full-page cache isn’t serving cached pages.
Best Regards,
January 31, 2026 at 12:25 am #706775
ivoltbgParticipantHello,
You are correct – I’ve noticed that the issue only resolves if I completely disable the CDN.
To avoid disabling the entire CDN, could you please advise which exact file or path needs to be excluded from caching so that I can add it as a condition in my .htaccess file?
This way, the recently viewed products feature should work correctly for both guests and logged-in users without turning off the CDN entirely.
Thank you for your guidance.
Best regards, Nikola
January 31, 2026 at 10:02 am #706789Hello,
The “Recently Viewed Products” widget is based on WooCommerce cookies and AJAX fragments, not just the theme.
You can test the behavior with the default Storefront theme to confirm this, but in your case the issue is caused by full-page caching from the CDN, which prevents cookies from updating for guest users.
Instead of disabling the CDN, you should exclude WooCommerce dynamic requests from caching and allow WooCommerce cookies to pass through the cache.
Once caching is bypassed for these, Recently Viewed Products will work correctly for guest users as well.
