Layout problem after update

    Hello! We’ve recently updated the theme and we have these issues with the mobile version of the website.
    The product layout is too wide and when we go to a specific category, it shows like a mess.

    I will attach screenshots.

    Hello,

    Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    Hi! I was receiving too many complaints from the visitors and last night I switched to 1 column for the mobile version of the Product Grid. Now I switched again to two columns.

    I also tried to access a normal page – Return Policy and also showed in one column. That’s why the idea of being an issue with the columns came up to my mind.

    It’s not related to my cache, I cleared it after I switched back to 2 columns on Mobile. The problem is still on, I get complaints from my customers that they can’t see them products in the categories.

    Now in the time I am writing to you I cleared the cache. The problem is still on.

    Now I see the problem but all plugins are activated. Please disable them again so I can recheck.

    We have a similar problem for product and category page and all pages except basket page are left aligned instead of center. But it works on admin and mobile version !

    It looks like you have some cache on your website. As you can see from the screenshot, while plugins are disabled, there still some extra elements loaded on the page (like whatsapp icon) https://gyazo.com/787a0774aff5f0e4dc2f839828ed0744
    So we suppose that all CSS are also cached. You need to consult with your hosting provider for help on this matter.

    I don’t think it’s something related to my hosting provider. That happened after the update, before that I didn’t have any problem on this issue.

    Also, if you look up in the chat, @salencia92 has the same problem as I do.

    Yes, it happened after update because we changed the HTML structure but CSS is still loaded from cache (from old version).
    If you look at my screenshot, mobile version still loads plugins that you disabled on your website.
