I would like to layout the two types differently: single product and grouped product. I want to make the shorts description shown in the comparison chart invisible for single products, and make the shorts description visible for grouped products.
I use layer number to leave out the shorts description for a single product and add the shorts description for a grouped product, but the shorts description is visible in both.
Please find a way.

Try to use the theme preset feature of our theme for the product page and disable the Product Short description.
