lavitasarimParticipantHello there.
Please dissolve my problems urgently.
On other pages outside the homepage, there is a blog page slider down the page. The images here are broken. (image is bad.JPG)
Also, after the last update, the images outside the main image of the product no longer appear. This is very urgent. Lazy Load did not recover after closing. (lost picture.JPG)
On the blog page and store page, the heading on the side menu is very close to the top menu. How can I put a distance apart. (bad gap.JPG)
Thank you. Good work.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance

lavitasarimParticipantHello there.
I am providing you with information. I did not change the plugins.
Please look carefully at everything. Please dissolve all problems.
Thank you.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe need all plugins to be disabled and you need to run parent theme, not the child theme. Could you please do this on your development website so we can check it?
July 19, 2018 at 1:21 pm #68425
lavitasarimParticipantHello there.
Why does not the child theme. Always, we were looking at in this way.
I’m always having problems after updates 🙁
It’s sad for me.Also I have given you authority to manage.
Can not you?
Thank you.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Sorry, but we don’t understand what do you mean. Have you already disabled all plugins and switched to parent theme?
July 20, 2018 at 6:09 pm #68606
lavitasarimParticipantHello there.
How can I disable all attachments? Lavi Design is an e-commerce site.
I activated the main theme. The others of the product photos appeared. But why is there a problem with the child’s theme?
Will the problems mentioned above be resolved?
Thank you.
July 20, 2018 at 6:25 pm #68609
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
If it doesn’t work with child theme only then you have some code inside the child theme files that break it. By default, our child theme doesn’t have any code.

lavitasarimParticipantHello there.
You are right. The child is not code at the beginning.
But there are changes I made over time. That’s why we use the kid’s theme. Is not it?
Does it make sense to use a child’s theme if the changes I make do not work after every update?
How do I find out which changes I make affect the site?
I need to urgently solve the problem.
Thank you.

Artem TemosKeymasterTry to remove all your custom code function by function or part by part to identify which one causes this problem.
July 23, 2018 at 8:17 am #68801
lavitasarimParticipantHello there.
We’ve fixed the files you see in the picture with you.
The error may be from these. OK!
But will we do all of them again? So you will!
What do we have to do permanently? We must determine this.
Thank you.

Artem TemosKeymasterBut it is obvious that we change our theme files with updates. It is not possible to fix bugs and add new features without changing/refactoring theme files.

lavitasarimParticipantHello there.
I have updated all the files again. There is no problem.
However, I activated the lazy load again. But there is a problem.
Images are a little late. It also comes too late on the mobile phone pictures.
Can you examine it?
Thank you.

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
It may be caused by your images size or by your slow internet connection speed. It is how lazy loading for images works. Browser starts load images when you scroll the page to its position. So if they are very heavy or you have a slow connection this problem may occur.

July 25, 2018 at 6:54 am #69103
lavitasarimParticipantHello there.
Let’s say that due to Internet speed. So why does not the speed increase appear in the tests?
I request you to review. I’ve already given the manager account.
You can also test. Shuan lazy load active.
Thank you.
July 25, 2018 at 6:56 am #69104
Artem TemosKeymasterWhat speed tests do you mean? Now, most of the images are not loaded when your page is initially loaded, in some cases it may increase speed test score and in some not.

lavitasarimParticipantHello there.
Have you tested the system? If you rely on which test vehicle, test it with it.
I’m delighted if you share with me.
If you want, try to test again by closing the lazy load.
Thank you.
July 25, 2018 at 10:04 am #69153
Artem TemosKeymasterYes, we tested it and don’t see any problems with these images at all. Lazy loading works correctly and does its functions.
