Lazy Load Images

Hi,

When Lazy Load is enabled sometimes product pages load without the main image (see attachment). Refreshing the page resolve the problem. Do you have a suggestion how to prevent it?

I’m using the latest version of the theme + the latest version of WordPress & WooCommerce.

Hi,

I’ve added a link in the private content. Please note: most of the times images open OK, but sometimes (maybe 1 in 10 products) it doesn’t. You will have to open some products till you see the issue.

You are looking at the wrong site. I’ve made a special test site for you, that is not connected to CloudFlare at all. Please check that site. I’m adding the test site information in the private content box again.

Sorry, seems that this website doesn’t have such problems. I have tried to reload the page 20-30 times and images always appear.

I do see it. I attached a fresh screenshot. As I said, usually the main images loads fine, but sometimes (maybe 2% of the time) it doesn’t. I guess you need to spend 2 minutes on it, and brows 50 products (your theme loads very very fast so it will not take long) to ensure you see the issue.

You are right. There is no issue with the images. They load totally fine. Only when using CloudFlare + enabling their optional script “Rocket Loader” issues may arise.

It seems that this loader changes positions of styles and JS files and break the lazy loading.

When I disable “Main carousel auto height” (Theme Settings > Product Page > Images) the problem is resolved. Images load fine with CloudFlare too. Maybe you can improve this feature.

The problem is that auto height option will always have problems when it is initiated before images are loaded if you have any 3rd party tools that add some delays.
