Lazy loading issue with product images inside Elementor Nested Tabs

We are experiencing a lazy loading issue with product images inside Elementor Nested Tabs.

Initially, when switching tabs, the product images do not load and remain as the placeholder (lazy.svg). The images only appear after the user scrolls the page.

We added a workaround that triggers the wood-images-loaded event after clicking a tab, which makes the images load automatically without needing to scroll. However, after applying this fix, we notice a brief grey line flicker when switching tabs (possibly related to the wd-nav-scroll element).

It seems this may be caused by an incompatibility between Woodmart’s lazy loading script and Elementor Nested Tabs, since inactive tab panels use display: none.

Could you advise if there is an official fix or recommended way to make Woodmart lazy loading work properly with Elementor Nested Tabs?

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

Hi, its admin role login, as mentioned, you’ll need to enable 2 factor authentication to gain full admin access, it’s restricted by wpvip environment

I have found that the issue is coming from the Elementor pro plugin so please contact the plugin author support about this issue, they will check and guide you accordingly.

If you will check the site with the WP default theme as well, the issue will be still exists so this is not a theme issue. I have enabled the lay load option for images from the theme settings as well but still the gray line is showing when switching the tabs on the page.
