hammadsaleem438Participantwhen i refresh the page, icons on left sidebar is hidden. when i move cursor on sidebar then icons are shown. I have attached video as well to understand properly.
I have asked you before as well, at that you said use our themes “Lazy loading for images” and disable lazy loading from litespeed cache plugin then issue will be resolved.
i’m using litespeed cache plugin, when i used your theme lazy loading, then my website speed is effected so i turned off again theme lazy loading.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We tested your website, but couldn’t reproduce the issue. Here’s a video that might help us understand the problem: https://monosnap.com/file/KTYrqkQMzVvXGaBnQJUA4qiIsemVvB
Could you please let us know the version of the browser you’re using?
Thanks,

Artem TemosKeymasterAlso, could you please send us your admin access so we can check your current website configuration?

hammadsaleem438Participantthere is nothing to do do with browser version, I have tested in different browser and devices but issue persist. Sometimes when we refresh the page, icons shows properly but most of the time they are hidden and then on hover they show up.
sometimes 1 to 2 icons and sometimes 3 to 4 icons are hidden. sometimes nothing is hidden.September 23, 2025 at 8:17 am #687616

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We are still debugging this issue. Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme or allow us to do so?
Kind Regards

hammadsaleem438Participantthere are no plugins that are irrelevant. If plugins are disable it will effect my business. My website is running business so i can’t take chance to effect the website.
last time you said use our themes “Lazy loading for images” and disable lazy loading from litespeed cache plugin then issue will be resolved.
i’m using litespeed cache plugin, when i used your theme lazy loading, then my website speed is effected so i turned off again theme lazy loading.if we add icons classes in excluded media in litespeed cache plugin, will it resolve the issue ?
September 24, 2025 at 9:44 am #687812
Artem TemosKeymasterThis problem is not related to lazy loading. We have tested this on our end but there is no such problem. We need to make sure that it is not affected by any of the installed plugins.
Kind Regards

hammadsaleem438Participanti think the problem is with litespeed cache plugin, the cache issue.
I checked the website on localhost not live server. I disabled all the plugins, and then check the website. everything was working fine. all icon were shown properly. one by one i enabled all plugins and everything was working fine. In the end i enabled litespeed plugin and then again issue started.i think we’ve to bypassed the icons through cache plugin ?

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please try using a different cache plugin for testing, such as WP Rocket? Alternatively, if you prefer using Litespeed, you can try uploading your icons in a different file format.
Kind Regards

hammadsaleem438ParticipantI can’t use other plugin like WP Rocket, i already setup many things in Litespeed cache plugin.
secondly, I’ve installed plugin that convert any images to webP or AVIF format to increase the loading speed of the website.October 1, 2025 at 10:49 am #688820
Artem TemosKeymasterThis issue arises due to the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. To investigate further, create a staging clone of your website, reset the plugin’s settings to their default values, and then enable each option one by one to determine which one is causing the problem.
Kind Regards
