Less sharpness in blog page featured image

Dear,
I found a problem with featured images in my website’s blog.
The featured images have less sharpness than thumbnails imagesو Whilst both are the same!

Please, Find attached files and help me to resolve this issue.

You can change the image settings in the Dashboard > Settings > Media. Ty to increase the image size.

I did it but nothing changed.
I put two screen shots and attached to this reply.
first is for blog page and other is for same post single page.
Please, notice to red line around the intrinsic image size!!! I just upload a picture but view is different!

I get this 403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied!

If you have any blocking settings, disable them.

I have no any blocking setting, some times I logged in with vpn!
