Letting customer create password for account

In the account creation option, I am experiencing a problem. When a customer registers they do not get a password creation email and are immediately logged in. So the password creation step is skipped. How can I make sure that this step is not skipped?

In order to enable the password field in the default WooCommerce registration, navigate to the Woocommerce > Settings > Accounts and Privacy > check Allow customers to create an account on the “My account” page
