I am receiving the following performance suggestion from google PageSpeed Index. I have my theme settings set to font-display for google-fonts to swap. But how do I change it for this font?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Also, make sure that you remove all the custom CSS and PHP code temporarily.
