LICENSE ACTIVATION ERROR

    Hello,
    when I try to activate your theme, this error appears:
    “The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.”
    I’ve contacted my hosting provider and they said it’s all okay, out server can ping ‘xtemos.com’.
    What’s the problem here?

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

    It looks like your server still blocks the request to our server IP somehow.

    It looks like something wrong with your hosting server that it takes content from our website.

    Our server works, every other page is working (for example; contact, about us, etc.), only homepage is showing this text. Also if I change default page for example with ‘contact’ page, then it will show this text and current homepage will be okay, which means there is something with ‘default-page’…

    Did you find out anything about theme activation yet? Are our IPs that I sent before, accessible from your server?

    We opened a connection to your IP so you should be able to ping us now, can you confirm?

    After opening a connection to your server/IP, I tried with activating the theme again and it still does NOT work.
    Also the homepage is still the same as before, with that weird message:
    “hi there! Check our theme http://woodmart.xtemos.com/”.
    What can we do? The site needs to work properly as fast as possible…

    Hello,

    We still can’t ping your server and it seems to be blocked somehow. We recommend you try to install our theme on a different server for testing purposes.

    As for the home page, we don’t know where this text is coming from but it is not a part of the theme. Try to uninstall our theme and WoodMart core plugin completely and check how it works.

    Well the site is already created and that would result in a big loss of time…

    Also, we are not able to enter your dashboard at the moment.

    Great. I checked and both problems are still here, also if I change theme to the default one.
    You should be able to access it now.
    Activation still does not work…

    If your home page looks like this with other themes as well then it is not caused by WoodMart. Maybe you have some code in your root PHP files on the server.

    As for the server accessibility, we can’t identify why it doesn’t work. So you can use our theme without activation, and all the functionality will be still available.
