I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I am facing with my WoodMart theme license. I recently purchased the WoodMart theme and successfully activated it on my development domain. However, the server for that domain has now expired, and I am in the process of continuing my development work on a new subdomain.
When attempting to activate the theme on the new subdomain, I encountered an error message stating that I cannot activate the license and that I need to remove it from the old site. Unfortunately, since the old server has expired, I am unable to access it to deactivate the license.
I kindly request your support in resolving this activation issue so that I can continue my work seamlessly on the new subdomain. Additionally, I would appreciate clarification on whether it is permissible to use the license on a development domain and later transfer it to a live domain once the development is complete.
