License problem!

I’ve bought some Woodmart regular user licenses, but with the last one bought I had an issue:
I’ve activated and installed the
grafic theme and I’ve activated the user license on the first domain. After some weeks I’ve activated the user license on a second domain, but when I tried to activate it on the third domain the application told me the license had already been used, but I know I had THREE domains to activate and I’ve just activated two of them.
So, I’ve disabled all the licenses because I thought I was using another code from another license, and now I can’t activate licenses anymore, I can just activate a domain for each license.

As we can see, your purchase code is already activated. If you want to activate it again, you need to remove all the activations in your account first. You can do this on this page https://xtemos.com/my-account/
After this, you will be able to activate the theme with your purchase code without any issues. Note that you can activate it twice: one on your development website and one on the production.

Thank you. The process is clear and I’ve already followed it.
The problem is: until some weeks ago to one license I used to link three domains, but now I can just link one of the three domains, why?

According to our rules, we always allowed to use a Regular license for a single project. For multiple projects, you need to have one license per website. You can find this information in our documentation and in numerous comments and support topics. 3 activations meant 1 staging, 1 production, and 1 extra for cases when customers forget to deactivate the license before uninstalling the theme. Now we remove this 1 extra because customers think that they can use our theme for 3 different projects.

I’ve not well interpreted your rules maybe also because of your many and too confusing interfaces. I’ll buy all the regular licenses I need for the websites I’ve already created, that are now uncovered by licenses.
