lightbox isn't working

Sorry for interrupting you guys again but this is something I cannot solve for a whole week before opening my shop and need your help.

When I click on an image to enlarge it, it opens it with a black screen like this https://createandcode.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/gallery_post_woocommerce3.gif

if lightbox was working it should be like this https://createandcode.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/gallery_pre_woocommerce3.gif

I have compared your product page to a product page of our demo and cannot see any problem. You will need to customize the code if you need another way of working or please provide more details about the problem.

Well, in the link I provided you when you click to enlarge the gallery, the first image is in it’s original size 500×375, while the other 4 photos are 3264×2448

This confuses me.

But your first image has original size of 500×375 and others are much larger. That is how you originally uploaded them.

Strange, thought I uploaded all in one size, sorry for that.

A site that I know has all its product images in high quality – they appear high quality on the catalogue page and on the product page itself.

However when you go to download them you see that they are 400×300 pixels or something close to that and have awful quality. Someone pointed me to the fact they use thumbnails to make the photos look high quality with this bit of code:

Can I do the same? :S

But your website works in a similar way. It displays a thumbnail and when you click it, he original image will be shown.
