supp0rtParticipantHello,
Currently creating a site in a staging environment and I have enabled the reviews section using the layouts section to create a single product page. I added some reviews so I can see the styles and test some things but I saw that If I click the like button on a review it redirects me to a 404 page. The URL contains this /?page_id=13.
I have provided a link below. So I would like to ask if this is a bug or if there are special conditions regarding the reviews section.
Credentials and the page in question are all below.
Best Regards

supp0rtParticipantHello,
I have checked the login again and it works as intended. I have pasted again the login token below.
Please. make sure that you have the IP of the server in your host file, or else you will see the old site and not the staging one.Let me know if you need anything else.
Best Regards

Hung PhamParticipantHi supp0rt,
Thanks for details.
I see tons of errors related to JS in Console log and your site is unsecured https://prnt.sc/Nt2VYbA29V4O
I kindly recommend you to reach out hosting provider because it looks like some issue from the server-side.
Kind Regards

supp0rtParticipantHello again,
As the site is still in a staging environment and the server can not issue an SSL (for example: Let”s encrypt) because the domain is not resolvable yet in the live domain, we are using a self-signed SSL. You can bypass the SSL if you refresh the page, or if you use the Firefox browser.
The SSL is not related to the issue here.
Here is my dev console with no errors at all: https://snipboard.io/QyXfdP.jpgThe redirection of a page with a specific ID when I click the Like button is not related to SSL.
Even after resaving the permalinks the issue still exists.Let me know if you need any more information on the matter.
Best Regards

supp0rtParticipantIt works now. Was there any option that should have been enabled? Or was anything else?
Best Regards
