Sorry, but I think isn’t necessary give you my wp-admin login to answer me this.

In short, I just want to know how to make this option “rating comments” available for guest users also, not for logged in users only, so I want to let guest users “like” or “dislike” someone’s review whenever they want to.

Voy a intentar explicarlo nuevamente,

Yo lo que quiero activar es la opción de darle “Me gusta” o “No me gusta” a las reseñas de los clientes, yo no necesito “desmarcar” ninguna opción porque siempre ha estado desmarcada, desde un inicio yo permití que los invitados dejen comentarios, opiniones y reseñas.

Pero, en su tema, además hay una opción de marcar “Me gusta” o “No me gusta” al comentario de alguien, yo quiero activar esa opción para los invitados también, ya que no encuentro la configuración y aparentemente sólo pueden dar like o dislike los usuarios conectados que tienen cuenta registrada.

Espero que ahora se comprenda y puedan darme una respuesta de acuerdo a lo que estoy preguntando.

Sorry, but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy. You need to find a third party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
