não estou conseguindo aplicar nenhum site pré construído na hostgator, aparece a seguinte mensagem:
A importação não pôde ser concluída devido ao limite de tempo limite do servidor ser muito baixo. Você precisa entrar em contato com seu provedor de hospedagem e solicitar que ele aumente esse limite para 300 segundos.
em contato com eles eles disseram que preciso ver com vocês pois já tentaram de tudo. segue em anexo a mensagem deles. Comprei ontem o tema e não consigo usar!
