link category is broken (404 not found)

After i click link category (please see in image and test click in link)
in post my site show 404 not found how i can fix this

i create category but can’t use

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not? You can test categories link using the Categories widget in Appearance -> Widgets.
