    Good morning,

unfortunately I have a new problem with this theme.

Basically, trying to access a product category page, if inserted in the menu, it returns a blank page.

If I take the same link, paste it into the address bar, this link works and the page is displayed.

If I take the link and put it in the home page, and click from there, it gets to my destination.

Another example, visible in the video, is this: if from the sidebar of the shop page:

    https://www.linea55.com/shop/

I select a category, it presents the same problem.

In the sidebar there is the widget linked to the categories.

I had to disable Gutemberg because, as per the previous ticket, it was giving me an error.

In the end, by deactivating Gutemberg from code, the widget features work.

I tried to deactivate the cache plugin (WP ROCKET) but without success.

In the video you can see the error that is generated.
    How can I solve it?

The site is currently in maintenance mode.
With the credentials you can access and disable it and do the tests.

I also tried to delete the links and re-insert them, to avoid making a mistake during the copy-paste phase, but nothing.

The video was made using Opera, with VPN and after deleting all the cache and saved data.
It gives the same problem with any browser.

    Example Category Link:
    https://www.linea55.com/categoria-prodotto/goodlife-wellness/

    Link Video:
    https://vimeo.com/1079152608/1aae350d6b?share=copy

    Thanks,

    D.

Good evening, unfortunately the problem does not seem to be solved.
I tried changing devices, connecting with a VPN and also clearing the server cache, yet if I click the categories in the header of the shop, or even accessing from other parts, I get the usual white page, with only the header and footer visible.

If I take the category link and paste it into the address bar I have no problems, but if it accesses using categories placed in the header section of the shop or the categories themselves, I don’t see anything.

    What could it be?

    Hi paolucci.dario,

    Thanks for your patience.

Purge all cache from your caching plugin and check again. If you’re using a CDN, disable it temporarily and see if the issue persists https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cTfviCnQITx

Investigating the settings, I found, by chance, a setting to disable.
Checking the page code I saw that there was an ajax reference that blocked the loading.
Going into the settings I disabled the ajax on the archives.

Unfortunately this function that remains active by default does not work, resulting useless.

Unfortunately the theme is not easy to manage and requires a lot of time for configuration.

A lot of time is wasted on bugs or things that are not easy to manage.

The issue related to the menus, the categories that do not appear in the menus (it is impossible to recall the categories created in the menu), Gutenberg that blocks the widgets and must be deactivated with a plugin or by code, this part related to the ajax of the archives…

    Too bad.
I attach a screen shot of how I solved it.

And if by chance, while this ticket is open, if you could understand how to recall the categories in the menu section (I attach a screen shot) it would be very interesting to not have to create everything by hand.

In the mobile menu, where I have to insert the categories in the menu, they do not appear.
I had to insert the categories widget, but it was not what I wanted.

Only the Default category appears, in this case Linea55, visible from mobile.

    Hi paolucci.dario,

    Thanks for sharing details.

As you can see the recorded video, the site worked well with AJAX setting is enabled. Please double check on Incognite browsers, and you need to increase the PHP Max Input Vars parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration. You can contact your hosting provider for help on this matter and check how it works.

Let me know how it goes.

    Regards,
