Link different colors to other products

Hello,

Is it possible to link a color to same product with the another color?

Example:

T-shirt available in black, white and red. The product image is in Red but when you click on the other color like black it is linking to a black tshirt?

Do you mean when you click on black variation it will redirect you to other product? Sorry but there is no such ability in our theme.
