Link doesn't work on mobile

Dear sirs,
In my homepage i have some images as links but in the mobile version the images are not clickable. The page is created with WP bakery and i have used the element “Simple Image” .

Also i have set the social media as “Sticky social links” but in the mobile is not visible. How can i make it to be visible in the mobile too.

Lastly i want to create a pop up with the newsletter form. I searched the theme settings but i couldn’t find anything relevant. Is there a way to create a pop up with your theme or should i use a plugin?

Hello,

1) Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

2) Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Custom CSS for mobile area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.wd-sticky-social.buttons-loaded {
display: flex;
}

3) To Enable the promo popup you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Shop >> Promo Popup.

As for the links that are not working on mobile i switched to the Twenty -Twenty theme and still didn;t work on the mobile.

I created a single image with a custom link and it was working on mobile. The only difference with the ones that are not working is the columns width. Is there a way the columns width to affect the link on the image?

As they work the same with the default wordpress theme which clears that the issue is not from our theme.
