Link text color doesn't work

Hello,
When I choose a link text color, the website doesn’t follow. So when I choose red color for link text, the color stays black all the time.

The primary color detects the link color on the site that is configured in the Theme Settings > Styles and colors.
At the same time, some of the elements may have their own color configurations.
Please describe your actions step by step, and provide a screen where you set the color.

You are using a Responsive text block that has its own color settings overriding the Theme Settings. You need to use WP Bakery page builder text block. Now I see that you have set the same color for Primary, Link, and link on hover. Change the colors and check.
