link to outside store

Hi I have a link to a print service for my shop and I want the customise button that is on the single product page but click I get an error, I’ve contacted their support and says it’s my theme could you have a look for me if possible

Sorry to say but we have checked your mentioned concern with one of the default WooCommerce Themes like Storefront too > and the Printful Customizer on the Product page doesn’t work with that too. Here is the Image for reference: https://snipboard.io/z1a0YB.jpg

So, this clears the fact that it is not specifically a Theme-end issue. Most plugins which work with the default WordPress or WooCommerce Themes usually work fine with the WoodMart Theme too.

So, you might want to re-contact the Plugin Support in this regard and mention this to them so that they can further guide you in this regard.
