Linked Variations not showing up

We tried linked variations for one product on our site, but this does not show up on the product page.
Can you check what we should change?

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Sorry if I have not been clear enough, but the problem was not that the product does not appear in the shop overview.
The issue was that the linked product does not show up on the individual product page.

I have added the individual product page attached (I would expect the linked product to be visible there) and I have attached the screenshot from your documentation, which is how we would like the linked product to show up.

Hi,

We have followed the steps in the manual precisely, but still the linked product (in this example pink candy) does not show up as variation on the single product page (page of the green candy)

I have attached screenshots of our steps, which reference the steps indicated in the manual.

-I have enabled the function for linked products
– I have made a linked products group for the 2 products (Screenshot 1, “Linked Products”)
– I have checked whether the attribute which should be linked is present in both products (Screenshot 2, “Attributes”, this shows the attribute “Kleur” is present)
– But I do not see a linked product in the single product page (Screenshot 3, “Single product page”)

Can you please assist and advise what we should change to get the correct result (The result as shown in the manual)

It is working now, thank you for the advise!
One more question, is a way to automate the process of adding linked products (e.g. importing via csv)? We have >6000 products to group, which creates quite a task if done manually.

We are using WPSheets which allows you to adjust product information in bulk. This gives us a spreadsheet containing all products in Woocommerce. Here we can adjust all columns containing product information. According to WPSheets there is a specific field we should add for the sheet to display linked variation information.
Do you know which field we should add for it to show us the Linked variations per product?

We are afraid this plugin would not work with linked variation, such requires a complicated customization that is not covered to our support.

In case you need this plugin you will need to use the default variable products.

I understand, thanks for your information.

Would it be possible for linked products to only show 1 item in the product archive (shop)?
So that when we have 1 item with 5 colourways, ideally you would only see 1 item, whereas now all 5 items are displayed individually

You can just use simple products with attributes.

Is there any specific field that I can modify when opening the WooCommerce regular product editor for linking my variations to a product?
(This is useful when we want to make bulk edits with a third party plugin)
