    Hello,

I would like to create a connection between two different products, meaning that when a customer visits one of the products, instead of showing similar products at the bottom, it shows the related product

. How can this be achieved with your theme?

PS: You have a similar functionality, but it is for similar products, not for related ones.

      Best regards, Nikola

    Hello,

Our theme uses WooCommerce’s default system to display related products automatically based on shared categories or tags. However, if you’d like to manually link specific products together, You can achieve this using the “Frequently Bought Together” feature included in our theme.

    Here is the Guide:https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/frequently-bought-together/

Alternatively, you can also use the Linked Products option under Product Data > Linked Products to manually assign specific related products: https://woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/

    Hi,

I liked the theme, and in my case the Upsells feature fits — when I’m on a product page, it shows which products are related to it. I even modified the logic in Woodmart through Layouts.

I have a question: how can I make it so that when I set an upsell for a product, the upsell is applied bidirectionally, not just individually on the product it was assigned to?

    Example:
    Product A and B
I set an upsell on A with product B, and I want product B to automatically have A as an upsell as well. How can I achieve this effect? Could you implement it?

    Best regards,
    Nikola

    Hello,

By default, WooCommerce and WoodMart only apply upsells in one direction — meaning if you set product B as an upsell for product A, it won’t automatically make A an upsell for B.

The upsells feature is a default WooCommerce functionality. You can also switch to a default WordPress theme (like Storefront) to confirm that it works the same way there.

Hi, everything is fine. I figured that for me it would be better if the products are linked only one-way, because otherwise it will become a big mess. Thank you for your time. You can close the ticket.
