    Dear,

    Have you ever noticed that your shortcut links given by your team support never work? Never.

    See video, I tried many many (and yes I cleared cache & cookies) and they don’t work.

    Hello,

    You can try using a VPN to view the screenshots that are not working. This happens due to their server.
