I add social profiles links, but I have different links on the header.

Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Enter the Social icons element and set “Follow” http://prntscr.com/noyagb
