Links to social profiles Don’t work

Hello… I have a problem with the links to social networks, when I configure the links to social networks from theme settings – social profiles – links to social profiles, what it does is open a new window with the home page of the website that I am designing, for example the link is configured like this: #https://www.facebook.com/1234567890, how do I make these links open the correct pages?

Please configure the social links icon settings and select the button type as “Follow” where you are using the element.

Page URL where you are adding the social links.
