Listing grid does not show on shop page

I have an issue where my listing grid carusel does not show when i view the site, but it shows when i edit it with elementor.

I have added them in extra information

As we can see, this block comes with an extra plugin and is not compatible with our AJAX shop. You need to use our theme’s categories block instead.
