Load More Not Working.

    After the recent theme update, the ‘Load More’ functionality on the shop page stopped working. When pagination is enabled, it works fine, but with ‘Load More’ activated, we are encountering an AJAX error. Could you please provide a solution for this issue?

    Currently i have again turn on pagination.

    Hello,

    Please disable all plugins except these ones:

    Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce
    Enable the Parent theme

    Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Thanks for the update.

    Disabling plugins is not possible on the live website, so this solution won’t be suitable. Could you please provide an alternative solution to resolve the issue?

    Hello,

    Create a clone of the live site and move it to the staging platform, thus the live site will not be affected.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

    The issue is look like with theme update.

    When we check the load more with shop page then it is working fine and when we go to the category page then it is not working. Can you please check and share the possible solution for it.

    It shows the ajax error from the theme file.

    Disable the “Search, Collections, Filtering, Merchandising & Personalization for WooCommerce by Fast Simon” plugin, clear the cache and recheck the issue.

    Yes after disable above plug-in it resolve the issue.

    But issue display from the theme javascript so what change we need to take for it ?

    That plugin affects our scripts, so contact the plugin’s support team for further solutions. Or enable back the default pagination.

    Would you be able to identify which specific script from the FS plugin is causing the conflict? That information would be very helpful for us when submitting a support request to the FS team.
