Load More on Category Pages

Hope all is well.
Having an issue with the load more on product category pages. All is activated properly in backend options yet it functions as pagination style going back to the top.
I’ve attached settings and will provide link in private content and please respond back in private message as well.

Thanks for sharing videos.
I kindly request you to conduct a check by deactivating all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
If it doesn’t help, please provide me with temporary wp-admin access to Private Content area, I will debug that issue.
