pls help to check , during adding new products, I uploaded the local MP4 Video, but it can’t work. in the front page I can’t find the video, is there anything wrong.?the product link as below:

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check and give you a possible solution.

springorchid2008ParticipantI have tried to deactive the plugins one by one, but the bug still exit, I can’t upload any video into my products. it seems the bug of woodmart.

I have tested this issue on our test site and the product video is working fine.
Try to increase the PHP Max Input Vars parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration. You can contact your hosting provider for help on this matter and check how it works.
Please follow this guide and configure the recommended PHP limits.https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/requirements-wordpress-set-up/
If the issue remains, Please confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing.

—– I have contacted the hosting provider and has increased the PHP max input vars to 10000. but still can’t upload any videos in the ADD new product.
could you help to login into my website wp-admin, and try to add a new product with video in media liabrary ?

Your issue has been resolved. In the gallery, you have defined the same image as your main product image – , in such a way it will not work, you need to remove the duplicated image from the gallery -> resave the product -> assign the video.

The issue occurs when the same image is used both as the main product image (featured image) and again in the product gallery. To fix this, please go to Products > All Products and edit the product. On the right-hand side, check the Product image section; this is your main image. Then, look at the Product gallery section just below it. If you see the same image appearing there, remove it from the gallery by clicking the small “×” icon. After removing the duplicated image, click Update to save the product.
In short, make sure the featured image is not duplicated in the gallery, save the product, and then assign your video. This will ensure the video functions correctly.

springorchid2008ParticipantHi, thanks very much for your quick reply. I have done as your instruction, there is no dupilicated image in mainpage and image gallery, but still can’t load any video. I changed the browser to FIREfox, the video seems can be uploaded, but still have problems, the video can’t be open. https://lanversestudio.com/shop/necklaces/bubbles-natural-white-opal-necklace/?preview=true. Even I deleted the video, and updated the product, the page still show the same.
